By participating in the G-Wallet Nodes Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Commission Guarantee

• All commissions earned through valid and verified referrals are guaranteed and will be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
• The only exception to this guarantee is if G-Wallet Nodes becomes insolvent or ceases operations. In such an event, unpaid commissions may not be honored.

 

2. Eligibility for Commissions

To qualify for commissions, the following conditions must be met:

• The referred customer must complete a successful purchase, investment, or qualifying transaction as specified in the referral program.
• The referred customer must not cancel, request a refund, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• The referring partner must maintain an active account with G-Wallet Nodes and comply with all terms of the program.

 

3. Commission Structure & Payment Schedule

• Commission Rates: Commissions are calculated based on the applicable referral tier structure (as outlined in the referral program).
• Payment Frequency: Commissions are paid on a per request basis.
• Payment Methods: Commissions will be distributed via TRX, USDT Tron, or other Cryptocurrency.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum balance may be required before payout.

 

4. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

• No Self-Referrals: Referring yourself is strictly prohibited.
• No Misleading Promotions: Affiliates must promote the program ethically and transparently.
• No Artificial Traffic: Any attempts to manipulate or generate fraudulent transactions will result in commission forfeiture and potential account termination.

 

5. Taxes & Responsibilities

• Referral partners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earned commissions based on their local laws.
• G-Wallet Nodes is not responsible for withholding or remitting taxes on behalf of affiliates.

 

6. Commission Adjustments & Disputes

• If a referred transaction is disputed, refunded, or deemed fraudulent, commissions may be adjusted or reversed accordingly.
• Any disputes regarding commissions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of payment.

 

7. Program Changes & Termination

• G-Wallet Nodes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or this Commission Policy at any time.
